My experience at Spinelli’s Pizza was awful from start to finish. I was quoted 25 minutes for my order, but ended up waiting over an hour. When I asked about the delay, the cashier with dreads was extremely rude, showed no empathy, and blamed his poor attitude on working a 12-hour shift. That’s not an excuse for treating customers poorly, and when I asked to speak with a manager, he outright refused. To make matters worse, there were roaches crawling on the table. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they acted like it was completely normal and didn’t seem concerned at all. For food that’s already overpriced and mediocre in quality, this level of service and cleanliness is completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning and strongly recommend others avoid this place.
Foul food, rude service, if you even call that service. The place is definitely cut out for those who don’t mind eating out of dumpsters because that’s where it looked like they got it from. If you want cold pizza that takes forever to get, order it from Papa Murphy

The pizza was amazing. It’s for sure a good pizza spot if you are pregnant and craving pizza. They wear gloves bringing your food and the music is fair it’s not to loud

The pizza is a bit overhyped . Bland tasting crust and sauce is lacking in flavor. Also the pizza by the slice just sits in a display without any type of heated lamp or anything to keep flies or other flying bug off the pizza. Also wings are huge, if you don’t jumbo wings then don’t order them .
