I come here all the time, but after today I’m completely done with this place… The staff was very rude today! I ordered a Carmel latte like I always order and it tasted weird so I went inside to have them remake it and she rambles about well it probably tastes funny because we have new ice coffee and this is all I can give you so I just wanted a refund but she denied my refund and remade me that same nasty drink. Yeah I will not be back because of this. Scooters will have my business

I always go through the drive-thru and they're usually very quick at dealing with a lot of people and they're very nice and quirky cool servers.

Starbucks is overprice coffee, we all know it. But you expect to be greeted friendly, and served as quickly as possible. Unfortunately the 3 employees at this Starbucks inside Kroger did not get that memo, or more than likely, they did, but they didn't care. That's the vibe that I got anyway. We went here after church on a Sunday morning, likely a busy time, and there were 2 people in front of me in line for coffee. There were 3 workers. It took them 20 minutes to make a coffee for me, and they got the order wrong. It's important to note that there were no Pickup orders either since this is inside of Kroger. It would have been fast to purchase a coffee machine, water, and coffee and plug it into the wall in the break area. Get coffee before you come to the store. Don't add 20 minutes to your grocery trip.

Who doesn’t love Starbucks amazing coffee. Some people say I just have an addiction. And it’s not that good I know right it’s amazing. Today is buy one get one free for fall drinks.
We order 2birthday cakes pops and 2 chocolate cake pops ! We only got 1birthday cake pop and we got the 2 chocolate cake pops! Even in the paper it saids 2 birthday cake pops! They messed up our drinks! I will not??♀️ be coming back again!
