Asked for a pour over as I am not a fan of Pike Place. The girl who rang us up obviously did not want to make it and questioned the order then became kind of rude. To top it off she set it down hard enough to prove her point and no eye contact and it was cold.

In the middle of leaving a review, this was addressed by one of the other staff who was so sweet and apologetic about her colleagues actions.

Stand here for 5 minutes without so much as a peep. Girl in drive thru looked at me 6 times and never once acknowledged a customer in the lobby. 7Brew is better, anyways so I won't be back

I shop at this store every day, and this has never happened to me before. The girl who served me at the drive-thru at 7 p.m. was very rude. She was in a hurry when I was ordering, and there were no other customers behind me. I asked her to apply a rewards card I had, but she didn't. She gave me one of her open drinks and jumped in my car. I asked for napkins, but she said she didn't have any. She was in a hurry to close the window because she was on her phone. She treated us very rudely, and there were only us in the drive-thru. It's a shame they treat customers who come here every day to shop like this.

Staff is unfriendly and uneducated on how to properly ring up drinks. Ordered a cold brew with a splash of cream and it was put in as “breve” I kindly tried to explain that breve is typically for a latte when you want the whole drink made with half and half instead of just a light splash of cream. She got an attitude and slammed the window and brought over another girl who tried to tell me it was the same thing. (I worked at Starbucks for quite awhile previously) I told her it wasn’t the same thing because there shouldn’t be an up charge for a splash of cream in a coffee. She turned and walked away. The previous girl said “well I asked, it’s an upcharge for breve” 🤦🏼‍♀️ no a big deal in hindsight but it was a very unpleasant experience and the night crew clearly needs to be re trained on their coffee terms and how to ring things up. Definitely not “third place” vibes.

Ridiclous wait. Poorly managed. Waited several minutes to even place my order with 0 cars ahead of me. Waited another 12 mins for my drink and had to get out of line. This was at 1 pm on a week day.

This location is 2 minutes from my home but I drive 20 minutes each day to another location! This Starbucks continually disappoints on all levels…lack of service, long wait, and poor quality of the simplest drinks. So sad!
