This is the worst location in Louisville. My drink is never made right. They will remake it, but I get tired of asking them to. I guess it's time to try the 2 places across the street.

Mobile ordered no ice multiple times and walked into find a cup barely over half full. When I asked why it was left like this, I was told it is the request of the store manager at this location when ordering no ice.I asked to have it filled and they said upon arrival I can request the rest of the cup be filled for me. This is a waste of everyone's time and comes off as rude and cheap.

I have tried over and over. But I'd rather go across street to Heine Bros. This Starbucks does not make drinks right. I've given them about 5 chances. The drink just does not taste the same. Maybe train better.

Generally kind staff but AWFUL wait times. I’ve been told on several occasions that the wait is 20-30 mins. I’ve had to walk out because I have 3 kids and don’t have time to wait half an hour for a cup of coffee. This is either an under-staffed issue, or something else but it needs to get worked out.

this starbucks is so busy all the time, but the staff is amazing. super friendly and gets order right everytime! one of the friendliest faces there is Ana - sometimes she even writes smiley faces on my drinks. these employees make my day everytime i go!
