Generally kind staff but AWFUL wait times. I’ve been told on several occasions that the wait is 20-30 mins. I’ve had to walk out because I have 3 kids and don’t have time to wait half an hour for a cup of coffee. This is either an under-staffed issue, or something else but it needs to get worked out.
This location always seems to be fairly timely even when they get backed up. My order has always been correct (knock on wood & cross my fingers), and the staff have always been reasonably pleasant.

I have tried over and over. But I'd rather go across street to Heine Bros. This Starbucks does not make drinks right. I've given them about 5 chances. The drink just does not taste the same. Maybe train better.
