The food at this location has gone down hill. The burgers are thrown together with no care. The garlic burger was mostly bun. The bun was seasoned in one spot. My husband asked for no onions and it came with alot of onions. The fries were mostly small pieces. Totally disappointed.

i came in TWO HOURS before closing and they told me that it was delivery and drive thru only. thats already weird because its only 8pm and whats the difference between drive thru and ordering in? can i not just get some service? ok, whatever. i go through the drive thru and when i order my shakes, they tell me that they "dont have any right now." what do you mean? its two hours before closing and youre a goddamn shake establishment? you "dont have shakes?" the machine isnt even broken or anything you just "dont have them?" what the flip? when i walked in i literally saw a shake on the pickup counter? do you just not want to do your job? why do you even come into work if you dont want to make a shake two whole hours before your shift ends? they do this all the time, too. they wont serve you HOURS before the place even closes. this steak and shake is just always in some kind of emergency state because they are allergic to business as usual. they say that they close at 10, but theyre completely flipping unavailable past 7:59. their night crew is either lazy, incompetent, both, or more.
