The staff was super friendly, the milk shake and fries good. Are you fixing your steak burgers different.? They tasted fried not grilled and there wasn't that crispy lace around it.

Friday 11/14 came through drive ordered two shakes that both spilled over everywhere in car floor board during our commute, and the lids were not secured on them when we were given our order. Let's not mention I had to go inside to request for fresh fries I had a small order and large fries that were cold when we got our order.

I go here about 2 times a week because I love steak and shake ! Today November 3 I go about 9 pm and I placedy order and I pull up to the window pay and get greeted and handed my food ! Upon opening the bag I look inside and the top fry was thrown upside down on top the other fry and falling between the other food boxes in the bag ! I'm a diabetic so I was needing something quick and tasty ! I didn't want to spend time digging fries out of the bag and off another fry ! I wasn't the only one who needed to eat ! Horrible ! And I got saltier then normal fries 😐

Another great restaurant that went to all kiosk and no service put the machines in the window could not read we had to just leave.Every resturant around was busy but no one in Steak and Shake . Just how stupid can corporate become they might as well shut their doors I know I will not try to go back
