The food is still absolutely great! You serve yourself..did not like that. Was confused about getting our drinks..you have to scan your receipts before the drink machine will work..then you only have 12 seconds to get your drink. 2 employees there..don't know why..they talked the whole time doing nothing.

Went through drive through and ordered 2 burgers and a cheese fry , had the person repeat the order back , then received no cheese for my fries. Upon contacting the restaurant they acted like I was retarded. If you value your money choose literally anywhere else. If you download McDonald’s app it’s cheaper

I love Steak and Shake - always have. I take issue with being required to self-irder through their installed touchscreen computers as those are taking away yet another job. I can't support that, and I won't for any place that installs them as the only option. Service takes a hit when it should be on the owner who gets a single star as a result of the ordering process. Be better.

There is a server named Jorge who is incredibly kind and accommodating. Highly recommend coming here for the food and the service!

We just happen to swing by for a bite to eat since I had a gift card. My experience there was not good, before Covid, it was a regular restaurant to where a server can serve you and you tip them from the service they give you, it's like now you have to serve yourself. You shouldn't have to tip the sever before you get your meal, they didn't do anything for you. It would be nice to bring the old fashioned way back out. Another thing, that the whole place smells like a foot locker and B.O, who would want to eat their food and have to smell like Butt, also the girls bathroom leaks, I almost fell after being in the bathroom. Something needs to be done.

Didn't expect the kiosks but we ordered and got our food delivered. Smooth process. Nutella shake was bomb. Steak N Shake doesn't ever disappoint. The dining room started to fill up when we were leaving but it was nice and quiet at first (930p.m. on a Friday night).
