One of the better subways I visit . Place is always clean and stocked with your sandwich needs. I’ve rarely had to wait and the people behind the counters are always nice and friendly .
When I walk into a place where I plan to get food, the first thing I notice is the cleanliness of the location. I immediately was happy dining in here because it was so clean! The customer service was amazing and I would recommend coming here if you’re in the area. Super nice staff and it was all good vibes in my opinion.🫶🏽
clean restaurant, always in stock of items, and the friendliest staff! They honor the online coupons, always have my order done before the app even suggests! I work right next door so i frequent there often and they’re always so lovely! one of the best subways in town, the staff alone proves that.
Awesome! Best Subway I have ever bem. Só clean and organized. All ingrediente looks very fresh. The service is also very good and the price is the standard for all subway units. Definitely recommend to order from this place

Go to a different Subway
I should have realized that a sign on the door was an omen of what would be inside. It said something to the effect of: No coupons or specials honored here.But I went inside anyway, hungry for a veggie sub. So I ordered a footlong but when we turned to the veggie section of the assembly bar, only the bare minimum of veggies were present. No green peppers, no cucumbers, no carrots. OK, not too much of a problem since they did give me a good helping of what they had.The real deal killer for me was NO ICED TEA! Really?Tea is standard at nearly every Subway I've ever been to. And I'd already checked out by the time I noticed. An employee confirmed -- no iced tea.The bottled beverage cooler was nearly empty and a lot of other shelves were bare.It shows the shortcomings of Subway's franchise agreements.I'll pick another Subway next time!

They DO NOT accept there own coupons. I believe these are individully owned, but don't waste my time sending me a coupon when I live walking distance from there. Lost a customer for life.

I once had a problem with an online order but that had to have been because of distance. I'm gonna edit and give subway benefit of the doubt. Please don't let me down in the future!
Does not answer phones. I accidentally placed a mobile order at this location but I meant to place the order on the other side of hurstbourne. I tried to call this location to have my order cancelled but they would not answer phones. Went there the next day to either get the food that I paid for the previous day or to get a refund but the manager refused to say anything other than “I cannot help you just call corporate.”
