A waste of time and money. No meat on my sandwich plus the wrong type of meat. Places like this should close down. I would have taken all three sandwiches back but I only on a short break. I was ashamed to gave my wife her food it look so bad all vegetables. Bad management with no accountability.

We expected to have a typical Subway lunch while visiting Louisville but ended up extremely impressed by the two young people working. The lady with red braids was patient, kind, and prepared excellent sandwiches. She took the time to chat for a few moments and shared that she chooses to make her job fun. Both people working in the dining room were cleaning. We enjoyed our meal and walked to the door. The young man said, “Miss! You forgot something!” I had accidentally left my wallet on the chair. I’m incredibly thankful for his honesty and kindness. Subway is incredibly blessed to have these two employees. Date and time visited: Feb 3rd, 3:30 pm.

Placed an online order while standing in the restaurant to take advantage of deals that were available in the app but not in store. Even with three employees working the front counter, I still received my sandwiches after 4-5 people that trickled into the store after my order had already been placed had already gotten theirs. Took entirely too long to get my order.Also, when I filled my soft drink, I discovered that the carbonation was out on the machine as ALL the drinks were flat. Spoke to an employee to ask to have it changed, but no one ever took care of it. I had time for my wife & I to both finish our sandwiches (mine was a footlong!) & chips without any change to the carbonation. I tried to refill my drink before we left, but it was still flat, so I know they didn't do anything.Not impressed with this location. Recommend you go elsewhere if you want to get what you paid for.

Ordered online, went to go pick up my order and Kenzie explained that they were out of the bread I had ordered. She was super sweet and polite. I left with the sandwich I ordered and a smile on my face. Kenzie is great at her job!

After visiting the KY science center we decided to grab food before heading home! I was surprised that the prices were the same as the other Subways and not more expensive being attached to the KY science center. The dining area was clean and the service was fast and efficient!

The owner was on the cash register and was extremely unprofessional and rude, he did not put straws or napkins in my online order so I respectfully asked for both of my missing items and I was met with attitude, disrespect, and disregarding behavior. If anyone sees an older gentleman on the register be wary as he is the owner but acts like a 16 year old on the first day of the job.

Mad props and proses to the gals working today! I came in with a group of about 20 teenage boys in front of me… not once did the team lose their cool. I would’ve!And after they got through them, they still made me a delicious sandwich. Good people deserve good praise!!!

Subway stays popular downtown due to its proximity to the Science Center and weekend hours. They have a decent indoor space for seating, but overall it feels messy and dirty enough I'd prefer not to stick around. (I have seen a few folks bring their meals into the Science Center, sitting at their back tables). If you're getting a combo with chips and drink, I'd prefer a drink upgrade to a plastic bottled soda rather than one from their soda fountain.

This place was crazy. If you do not like kids, it's not the place for you. If you like great service, excellent food, and a family friendly environment. Then this is your place. Because of it's location. It can get very busy but the staff keep up with it and made some great food. I did my order in the app and watched it being made. They were very busy with the line but my sandwich was on time. I did not check the bathroom or handicap accessibility.Kid-friendliness: This place is super kid friendly.

They can get a little busy for lunch but they work through the line quickly and with a great attitude. :-). They are just a subway but a good one and one of the few places in this part of downtown with a reasonably priced lunch menu.

Awesome costumer service! Great food & a very clean environment. The manager Casey is professional, friendly and always makes himself available. I will continue to enjoy my lunch at this establishment while visiting the science center.
