Everything was fresh, they gave me what I asked for with no problems, the customer service was top tier. I highly recommend.

Ordered a tuna sub with provolone, they mistakenly made two. After paying, I watched the employee scrape the tuna back into the container from the bread, (don't get tuna with a gluten allergy). Then wipe the cheese off with the same cloth they wipe the counter with. When questioned about a refund, they claimed there wasn't a manager. I tossed it in the trash on the way out the door. Happened between 1pm-2pm

Customer service cashier is rude and says derogatory race related remarks towards customers of fare skin colors

Ordered online. Food was ready when I got there. Very clean inside.
We’ve been regular Subway customers and have used our membership points many times without any issues — even at this exact location(7531 Outer Loop unit 5). But today, the experience was shockingly bad and disappointing.
We went in to order 4 footlongs and specifically asked for Italian Herb & Cheese bread, which is our favorite. The owner told us they only had 2 left. We agreed to make do — but then, right in front of us, another customer came in and was served the same bread we had asked for. It felt dishonest and disrespectful.
To make matters worse, when we tried to use our Subway membership points (which we’ve used here before), the owner refused to let us use them. When we questioned it, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. One of our family members later called the store to clarify the situation, and the owner was once again rude over the phone.
What’s even more frustrating is that we have friends who work at this location, and they confirmed that yes — customers are allowed to use points. So why were we treated this way?
The behavior of the owner was completely unprofessional, and it left us feeling extremely disrespected. We will not be returning to this Subway, and we strongly recommend others avoid it too
This specific one does not accept any deal from the subway app. I know it depends on the person who franchised it, but to not be able to get any deal on the subway app at this store is unacceptable. While adding the veggies to the sub, the quantity is so minimal, that it looks like they're cost cutting. Definitely will not recommend. There are a couple subways around in the area which are so much better than this one.
Charged me $20 for a sandwich and when I tried to hand it back she told me ONLY THE OWNER DOES REFUNDS then when I leave and call up there and ask to speak to the owner she asks me to drive back up there and she will give me cash ALTHOUGH I PAOD WITH A CARD AND YOI COULD HAVE REFUNDED ME WHILE I WAS THERE. Thieves didn’t wash hands, sandwich maker sneezing all over food. DISGUSTING
Employees are absolutely NASTY. I have never had a worse experience at Subway, they were extremely rude and wouldn’t even say “thank you” because I used a coupon that THEY accept, save your time and go to a different Subway!
Was given bad chicken that tasted and looked disgusting. When I asked to get a refund, got rejected. Horrible service
