I am honestly baffled by the disrespect of the workers here. I’ve been here multiple times and not a single time have I had a positive encounter with the women here. Today for instance, I looked away from the sandwich for a split second and the woman up front banged on the glass in front of my face with her knife and shouted “HEY” to get my attention. Are you serious??? I’m not a karen but at least show me some level of human decency.

I have gone here 5 or 6 times over the last 6 months because its close to home. EACH & EVERY time i was served with an attitude. The lady (s) that fixed my sub just stared at me & didn’t say hi or anything AT ALL while i was ordering. They have attitudes like they dont want to be bothered. The strange part is i have had this exact experience with others preparing my food in this location. They are unbelievably rude to me but when they turn to each other they smile and laugh. Never again will i spend my money with a group of people that consistently treat me as though im bothering them by doing business at their business. Smh.

If I could put 0 stars I would, they do not take coupons (which I wasn’t using) but I ordered a kids meal, which is on the menu, she said “we only do 6inch” so I ordered a 6” and she said nothing came with it for my kid.Then she proceeded to tell me that menu wasn’t valid!!!??? So why have it up ??? Take it off !! She said there were no prices on the menu so it meant it wasn’t valid. How am I suppose to know ?! They expected me to pay extra for a drink for my daughter.Disappointed never coming here again.

Showroom Dirty, employees rude when I said something about there attitude they said if i didn't like the service not to come back. So I guess I'll be going next door to little Caesars for my take out needs!!!!!!

This was several weeks ago. I hate giving bad reviews so I have procrastinated. So here we go....When we first walked up it seemed the workers were having a really good time. Laughing and having fun at their workplace. Which I love to see normally, but it only took a few moments to realize something else was going on. The young lady behind the register was looking at a notebook and we quickly learned that a customer had accidentally left it behind. She only went through the notebook for a few seconds from what I saw. At the time we really couldn't understand what was being said between them, but it was hilarious apparently, and from what I could tell the subject was changing rapidly. I don't mind teens serving and having fun but it was getting obnoxious very quickly. Then when my wife started to say something about our order to the cashier, she quite rudely said "Hold on" then continued her conversation that was not work-related. Anyway, we all had tuna and mine was ok, but my wifes was soaked in mustard and my daughters was soaked in mayo. They both had asked for one pass of their condiment

I've been going to this one for many years but around covid new workers. They are rude, unfriendly, lacking customer service and seem to have little to no care or concern about customer service. There are plenty of other locations to go too.
