Came in and ordered a 6in Italian herb and cheese, with ham, and shredded mozzarella. There must have been a massive issue with him knowing cheese he asked me which one. And kept throwing cheese in the air like "this?" I said the shredded cheese. He continued to not understand even with a second employee. Yet. I ended up with turkey, provolone cheese, and mozzarella shredded... I came back to get this fixed and it was refused. And by the way their lettuce is it either not fresh or such, when I went in the lettuce was clearly miscollored. If someone can't understand English well or what shredded cheese is. And how to make a sandwich, and had to take every cheese to show me and figure out which I want. You shouldn't work front counter the environment in here is awful and they will rush you....

One girl doing her absolute best to get everyone through the line fast and right. When asked why she was alone the other team member just didn't show up. And the team from last evening hadn't prepped anything like they should have. She is alone not just on her shift, but in taking care of the store and the customers. This is my favorite location and it breaks my heart that she had to give so much more than 110%. She is amazing! I hope the store recognizes her hard work.

UPDATE: 7/29/2022, still have not seen the refund on our account...UPDATE: 7/21/2022 Spoke with the manager and we are being refunded, thats good news. The manager blamed us for the bad customer service experience we received. She told us our order was going to be remade, but the girls working were refusing to, and the manager wouldnt listen to me explain this. Clearly the customer is always wrong. Major sign to never go back go this place. Avoid at all cost!7/20/2022: Just had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered, and was absolutely unacceptable.I placed an online order for pickup through the subway website. I made a mistake of selecting the wrong toppings of the sandwich, it was caught when I placed the order (a mistake I completely own up to). I tried calling this location as soon as I noticed the error to try to correct it ASAP. The phone rang busy. I tried calliny multiple times, once while I was merely a block away from the location but still rang busy.Showed up to the location and spoke with the girls behind the counter about the issue. One girl stated she already made the sandwiches. We apologized and asked if we could have the correct toppings, or the sandwiches remade, and if not could we please be refunded our money. She abruptly said "no" and that we would need to come back tomorrow when a manager is present as theres no one there to correct this for us.My partner and I found this to be unacceptable and asked, "Could we have tye managers number to speal with them?", she said "no we arent allowed to give out their number." Seeing how she had her cellphone out, i asked "Could you please call a manager?", she called from her personal cell phone, told the person on the other line a customer wanted to speak with her. She handed the phone to my partner and he tried to explain the situation. He handed the phone back and said "She wants to speak with you."Then the other girl working behind the counter chimed in and said, "You can leave now." And we were stunned, and said "No. We want our correct order or a refund". The other girl on the cellphone said "Yeah he's yelling at me over the counter and being rude"... another customer present asked us, "How are you being rude", shrugged and walked out...When in disbelief of what was uttered to us and we said we didn't want to leave without this being corrected. It should be a simple correction, as all we wanted was the correct toppings. We didnt want to leave without our order or refund the two girls working threatened to call the cops on us... we were not unruly or disorderly, so threatening to call the cops seemed a bit excessive especially over a simple matter that basic customer service skills vluld provide. Needless to say we left on very unhappy terms!This was one of the most bizarre exchanges I've ever experienced for what should have been a simple rectification.We went to another location and purchased a correct order, but we will definitely be back tomorrow to speak with a manager about this situation in order to be refunded, and a call placed with corporate will also be happening.

Ordered online but the receipt said something incorrect. Tried calling to let the store know but the phone was always busy. When I arrived the employees refused to correct the order and would not issue me a refund. Will never be back.
