What a find! From the moment I tasted the samosas/sambusas, I was hooked. Each bite was a burst of flavor. The mandazi, crepe like delicacy, alongside perfectly cooked chapati, tender lamb, savory goat meat and the cheerful customer service, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. I left not just with a large order to savor later, but with the satisfaction of having discovered a gem!
My wife and I ate here this morning based on other reviews and we were not disappointed. The man who greeted us was very friendly and told us about the food. I had the goat and she had the chicken plate with saffron rice. Both were delicious and the green sauce gave it a nice spicy addition. I also tried the chicken sambusi and it was very good and had a nice spicy flavor.I don’t get to Louisville often but will definitely visit Banaadir again and tell others about this great...read full review
