Every time me and my fiancé come here the teenage girls working here seem mad that they have customers, intentionally mess up our orders as they’re literally hearing them, and are just generally catty. We like subway but we’re going to start going to a location that doesn’t have rude brats for workers.

WORST SUBWAY EVER!! I put in an online order. It went to the Dixie Highway Subway that I normally order from in the drive thru. Thanks to the phone app glitching, it didn't go to the Subway close to my job. I called to let them know and they said since the sandwich was already made, they wouldn't cancel it and kept my money. That is THEFT. You throw food away every day and waste it. But the one time a customer makes a mistake and you keep their money?? Don't offer a credit or anything!? You've lost my business. Which includes my whole family as well since I do the ordering. We live in Valley Station as well. Last time we did an order for curbside pick up and waited an hour and still had to come in to get the order ourselves. Poor service, poor business ethics, not friendly to returning customers. Not worth anyone's time.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ate a cold cut 6 inch around 7 pm went to bed around 10 pm . This was the only thing i ate today. Woke up at 2 am with the worse food poisoning. The first 24 hours horrible. Finally feeling somewhat better went to call them, they pretty much told me to call the next day.

Okay, So I never really leave reviews but I could not stop thinking about what I saw here yesterday afternoon.I had stopped by this location on my way home, when I walked in the staff was friendly and greeted me. I wouldn't have necessarily thought anything was wrong at first glance. However, as I was about to place my order, a family which had been there when I walked in came up to the counter with and extremely concerning complaint. A young boy had been going to refill his drink when he noticed, AFTER consuming his fisrt cup and opening it, that the cup was full of ants.The ants were INSIDE the soda machine and this poor kid couldn't see them in the dark coke when he first got it, so he drank the whole thing before he realized.Now to some people, this may just seem like a little extra protein but in reality it drew quite a few concerns for me about the cleanliness of this location. After watching the exchange, I began looking closer to the food and sure enough saw a line of ants marching their way across the counters.There should not be ants inside a soda machine and there should not be ants on the counters around all the food.The amount of ants in his cup, even after he drank it, and the amount of ants on the counter were way more than just a recent infestation and definitely show the people in charge here do not care about cleanliness of their store or the health of their customers.I'll be surprised if that family doesn't contact the health inspectors.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no other cars in the drive thru. The whole staff was in the back smoking weed on their phones! Terrible.

We went around 8 and the lobby was closed, the lady told us only drive thru was open. When we go through the drive thru, the lady tells us to wait, that’s not the problem. The problem comes when the lady takes our order, and we tell her slowly so it’s easy on her to put down, she still messes it up somehow. My sandwich is missing the cheese. I asked for 2 cookies, she put down one, and it wasn’t even the kind I asked for. And when I tell her the order is wrong, instead of apologizing, she claims she was taking another order inside. On top of all of that. The previous time I visited, I noticed the coke and cherry coke were the zero versions of the drinks yet weren’t labeled as such. This place has gone downhill in the last year and it’s a shame, since this is the only subway near me.
