Absolutely ridiculous, hire some real employees. Had to argue with the trashy female employee to get what we paid for. Taco bell the food was good but your employees are absolute trash screaming obsenities about sucking bananas and until they are gone I'll eat somewhere else. Date of service 1/6/24 6:35
This valley station location is the best taco bell by far. The young lady working at the window was wonderful. She was polite and made sure we had everything in our order. 10/10

The guy who took my order was high. He kept trying to push something my grandma didn’t want and sound d upset when she didn’t want it. My order was wrong, I order a classic combo, they gave me 3 Doritos locos tacos, which were barely filled. The food was cold as soon as it was handed to me, and my Baja blast no ice, had extra ice in it. Worst Taco Bell in Kentucky, had problems ever since they built it

Went thru drive thru and ordered a combo and 2 additional Dorito locos tacos with fire sauce. The lady that was taking my order was speaking with someone else, so I stopped talking. She started speaking, and I was unaware to whom she was speaking to, she began to become disrespectful. I repeated my order that she cut me off on and asked what was a DLT? She removed it and added 2 burritos. I told her I didn't want burritos, I wanted Dorito tacos. She began to become loud and said, "That's what i had but you asked me what it was" I said, I only was asking what DLT meant. She said, "Whatever you want anything else?" She charged me $19 and change for a taco pizza and taco Supreme combo. I get home, no Dorito tacos or sauce. I'll NEVER RETURN!!!
