Twice they’ve given me a plain burrito with nothing but beans in it when it was supposed to also have guacamole and sauce. I asked for some ingredients removed but not the sauce, and asked for guacamole to be added which costs extra, so I was literally robbed. The first time I dismissed it as an accident, but happening twice now I’m just not going to this Taco Bell anymore

Pathetic. Food costs have risen to an unprecedented amount and the way these people rip us off is disgusting! A TINY amount of meat in a taco. Look at any picture of what the tacos are SUPPOSED to look like. Imo, this is theft of the consumer.

I ordered a Cantina bowl and put specifically what I wanted on there and they left two things out. Basically I got a bowl of lettuce with tomatoes and cheese. I will be calling corporate. I’m tired of paying money for DoorDash and not get what I asked for. DoorDash just picks up and delivers… It’s on the restaurant and their employees.
