The most unprofessional experience I have had with a food truck. I have been messaging back and forth with the truck for almost a week straight prior to my event and even spoke with them the morning of just for them to ghost me with 0 explanation. Absolutely not okay and I will never let any of my friends work with this business.

Do NOT recommend. Confirmed they were going to show up on a Friday, advertised on our page, and then they didn’t show. So frustrating to have guests asking where the food truck was and to have no answer for them because they ghosted us. So unprofessional.

Disappointing No-Show & Lack of Communication
I booked Eddy’s food truck for our Neighborhood Food Truck Thursday (5 PM–8 PM). Up until 3 PM he was engaged and confirmed—but then messaged he’d be “late” (arriving between 5:10–5:30 PM). After 6 PM, he still hadn’t shown up, and he stopped responding to calls or texts.
This level of unprofessionalism left our community scrambling to find a replacement on very short notice. I can’t recommend his services based on this experience.

I ordered from this taco truck tonight in jtown for the gaslight festival. 2 chicken burritos and a corn cup was 42.40. I added queso to both burritos- which was missing.
The corn was good, however the burritos were awful. Very overpriced and was 3/4 lettuce in the tortilla. Made for a very disappointing dinner.

Door Dashed a chicken quesadilla from here at 12:30 AM on Jan 1 and it was straight up amazing. My partner got choripollo, also amazing. These guys are out here serving fire at 12:30 AM (meaning that it’s good, not excessively spiced if that’s not what you’re looking for). Perfectly seasoned, the meat was tender. 10/10 do recommend. Give them a try!!
