We went early on a Saturday. Packed out. So noisy. Food was cold. Barely saw our server, they double seated him and he had to ask for help. I doubt I will go back. It’s just not as good as it used to be. This was my favorite place to eat but not anymore.

Bryan Popp, you were the coolest, kindest, most amazing server I’ve ever had in my life. You made me and all my wild kiddos feel right at home and are the perfect example of what every server should be. Texas Roadhouse, take note and rise this man to a leadership role. He made our dinner a whole experience with his calm, collected, and kind personality. We are a family with young kids and he took such great care of us. This whole restaurant was smooth sailing, great teamwork, delicious fresh food, and seamless delivery. I will be back, if Bryan can be my server again.

This place is a sick joke. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by utter chaos. There is no clear indication of who is waiting to check-in or who is waiting to be seated. The front of house staff basically ignores you while you try to figure out what's going on. They won't even acknowledge you or say anything like "we'll be right with you". Extremely disorganized and confusing. Once you do check-in for a table (even if you were already on the waiting list) they give you a vague answer on the current wait time and instruct you to line up against the crowded wall like a prison inmate. I wasn't waiting long (since I was already on the waiting list I suppose) but the hostess walked me in a big circle around the restaurant right back to the crowded section directly next to where I had been waiting. He plops down the dinner rolls and scampers off before I even have time to take my seat or ask for a different table (which I would have). It's only then that I realize that I had been trundled off to some sad little table sagging off the wall squeezed between two other very crowded tables. At one of the tables a family was loudly arguing about something. The other table was also being loud and obnoxious. I tried to pull my chair back and squeeze in but there was hardly enough room to sit down on either side. It was at this point that I just decided to leave. This is the last time I will ever try to eat here. I've had dinner here before and it's nothing special. Certainly not worth the indignity you will suffer in just attempting to be seated. Also, the parking lot is a nightmare. Always crowded and it's not uncommon to smell the odor of marijuana or see large groups of people arguing with each other. Just a really trashy place for trashy people. Avoid this place like the plague.

An employee did not wash their hands with soap after coming from the bathroom and the food was ok. Brian our server was nothing short of Amazing 👏.

Had to wait over 30 minutes for the order which was lukewarm and salad was somewhat limp. I know they were busy, but the person who cked me in put the wrong color of my car in his tablet, which may have caused the delay in getting it to me.

We normally order takeout, the last 3 times we've ordered takeout we've had issues with our order, the first time, I didn't call, just hoped it would be better the next time. The 2nd time, I called and talked to a young man and he took my name and phone number and said a manager would be contacting me. No one ever did. The last time was valentines day, which I knew would be busy. I try to be understandable. Our order was supposed to be ready at 7:45. By 8:30 after asking the young man at the to go section, who just kept telling me they were behind and not even checking my order, he finally asked my name and proceeded to go to the shelves where all the orders were and got a bag off the shelf and tells me it wasnt sitting there the whole time. He lied, It most definitely was, i had been standing in the lobby for an hour watching and when he handed me the bag i checked the food and it was all cold. Not warm not even room temp, it was cold. They had no system whatsoever and it was a mess. I'm disappointed to have spent over $150 the last 3 visits. And probably won't be returning.

Excellent Server; however the rest of the visit was horrible. I was on my way from Nashville to Detroit & have never had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse in 20+ years. It started with bathroom plumbing problems & ended with this steak which was the 2nd 6 oz. "medium rare" sirloin brought to me. This one was MORE rare than the 1st one they brought! Plus, there were way too many servers fooling around in the aisle ways, adding to the incredibly loud & chaotic atmosphere. Manager ended up not charging me for my meal, but only after he tried to convince me to let them cook me a 3rd steak?!? Like I had time for that?? Horrible experience, except for my Server. She was great!!
