Took my wife, her mother, her cousin and her cousins husband and two of my grandkids out to dinner, waited 45 minutes got seated ordered our drinks and fried pickles and a blooming onion they can out nice and hot 15 minutes or so later, ordered our meal 40 minutes later they brought out our meals all but one of my grandchildren ordered steak all of the meals was cold called a manager over she retook the order 40 minutes later they brought out the meals again and they was cold again, at this point everyone said they wasn't sending it back again to get spit on so they Settled But I will not eat cold food because of a bad Salmonella incident., it's really bad to get a cold meal the first time but to get two meals in the same night cold shows a major problem with the kitchen and it wasn't just us a few people around us sent theirs back as well but I still shelled out $129.00 and a $20.00 tip it was a real disappointment to have the only Restaurant we trust go down hill the last 3 or so times has been a bad Experience..... to be honest I don't know if we will continue going back just to have a bad Experience... And just to let you know their Mac-cheese looks nothing like that what they brought out to my Granddaughter was white and disgusting she wouldn't even eat it...

While Texas Roadhouse continues to be a good value in the steak house market, I have noticed that the quality of the meat has fallen in the last few months. Lots of gristle and what I assume to be tendons and such. This is from the least expensive steak all the way to the $33.00 T- bone I had this Friday. The provided steak knife required quite a bit of effort to cut through many portions of the steak. Disappointing.

First and foremost I want to give a shout out to Devin my waitress she is amazing. Where things went south is I asked for a well done steak. When I got it I put steak sauce on it and cut it in 4 pieces to make sure it was cooked right it wasn't it was medium well saw pink so I sent it back. About 10 minutes later the manager brought my plate back to my table with the same steak I had just sent back so all they did was put one piece of the steak back on the grill and recooked it and he asked me to cut it to see if it was done right the one piece i cut into was and he walked away as i was cutting the other pieces they wete still medium well si they only took one piece of the steak and regrilled it the other pieces was cold and not regrilled. So I caught my waitress and she was so apologetic and I said it's not your fault the manager should have made sure it was right the second time but it wasn't so I had to send it back again. Finally after about 20 minutes I get a new steak brought out by the manager again and he asked me to cut it to make sure it was right this time it was thank God but before he walked away I said I hope you are not charging me for my meal he said of course not, but the whole thing was uncomfortable because other patrons was looking at me like I was just complaining. First of all I was there about an hour and half to get a simple steak dinner. The way I look at it is I shouldn't have to asked fory meal to be on the restaurant he should have said that himself. I didn't get the managers name but they need to retrain that manager to be apologetic to the customer.He is definitely going to ruin this restaurant. I have been in customer servicefor over 35 years and this isn't how I was taught to handle customers and I'm not even management. I think My waitress (Devin) needs a raise for having to deal with the whole situation she is amazing. Maybe she should be Manager.

James was our server.And I truly believe he is the best server we've ever had anywhere. The atmosphere is way too loud.Even people with hearing aids couldn't ear because of the background noise was so bad. And thank you, Texas Roadhouse, Middletown, for supporting hour boys.The fourteen u vipers

Another great location! Sirloin was flavorful and cooked perfectly! Staff was courteous and friendly. Our server was very nice and took great care of us.The best thing about Texas Roadhouse is they will fix any problems you have with your food.

Completely RAW meat, burned black rolls, soaking wet fries, incorrect sides. Every. Single. Time. Go the extra few miles to the location in st Matthews. This location messes my order up every single time. The amount of gas I’ve had to use to go back to the restaurant to correct what they messed up is ridiculous. No incentive to keep coming back.

The bread was very dry and looked like it been left in a lil to long. The shrimp wasn't cooked all the way. And 2 of us got dr.pepper but mine was super watered down and the other tasted like to carbonated. The waitress never came to check on us she only showed up when she had to bring something. One of our cups was empty the whole time she never refilled it and never showed to ask her to refill it until the end when we was ready to go. The only person that came to check on us was the manger and he seemed like the only one that new how to do his job.
