I love Michters products, but they need to spice up their level of friendliness in the bar. I'm not sure if it's always like this not. I don't know if everyone was hungover or ticked off, but most of the staff wasn't friendly. We had an amazing experience, thanks to our bartender Patrick. He was very friendly and informative, taking the time to talk with us. His drinks were so tasty. The drinks are thoughtfully hand crafted and the flavors meld well together. Top notch place and we had fun. Would recommend.
Three years in a row on the Bourbon Trail and I always make a reservation at The Bar at Fort Nelson at Michter‘s Distillery. The reservations open up a couple weeks before you want to visit. It’s a very small bar on the second floor so make sure to grab reservations. Every year that we have a cocktail at this bar, it’s phenomenal.
