5* everything. This establishment has the best service I’ve ever seen in any of the fine dining options in Louisville. Whoever is managing the place is doing a great job because it’s not just the table staff it was everyone I ran into.
Came here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and it was truly a memorable experience. We received some of the best service we’ve had in a long time—Tryston and (I believe) Tessa were absolutely amazing! So kind, attentive, and professional. The entire staff was phenomenal.

Have been to Capital Grilles in several different cities and can honestly say that there is a different culture at each and the leadership onsite can make a very big difference with your experience, Rob sets the new standard to a very high bar that will be very difficult for other locations to match. Even while juggling a completely intolerable guest his level of dedication and professionalism is unmatched. When in Kentucky moving forward we will definitely stop by this location.
