I’d seen this food truck around a few times and decided to try it out on lunch break at work today. That was a mistake.
Ordered a brisket grilled cheese. The grilled cheese component was fine, I’ll be at a bit on the greasy side, however, the brisket suffered from chewy fat riddled throughout, which was essentially impossible to eat.
