One of our favorite places in town. The food is hearty and delicious, and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting! We love scotch eggs as an appetizer, and the fish and chips is unbeatable. Decent selection of whiskies to try in addition to an interesting rotating tap. Also, their desserts are wonderful, especially the trifle and the bread pudding. A Louisville classic!

Parking: It's kinda of snug parking if you don't get there early.

Yesterday my husband and I had dinner at The Irish Rover. This has been a Crescent Hill/Clifton staple for many years. The service was fantastic. Our server Jacob was very attentive and very friendly. My only disappointment was the charge for bread, while has been something that accompanied your meal at no cost before.
