Really struggled between 4 and 5 stars. Went for the best burger in Louisville. Is it? Wont make a judgement on that but it’s a good burger. The star of the show were the fries, though. Perfectly crispy, really good. Portions were good, too. The toasty sauce left a little to be desired, I was expecting it to be more flavorful but really didn’t pick it up much on the burger (got some on the side for dipping fries but again, not super flavorful).

Stopped in for lunch. There were ppl standing outside. We go in. I ask of we need to wait to be seated, or seat ourselves. The bartender asked if there were ppl waiting outside. I say yes. He says to go wait in line. I asked if he needed a name or anything, he says no, we'll get seated in order. Only had to wait about couple minutes, and got seated at the bar that already had open seats when we came in the first time. Haha. They had two types of bar stools, but I had to switch...

It's so hard to get your burger fixed when you're vegan. But this will be my go-to place from now on like that was so satisfying and delicious.
We ordered from doordash I don't know what the atmosphere and service is like inside the restaurant but I know that burger was absolutely incredible
