I ordered online. The order was available on arrival. I like their green smoothies, the detox smoothie is low sugar and has a flavorful blend of kale, spinach pineapple ginger and a few other goodies. You can add things to your smoothie at an extra cost, such as collagen, pea protein and immunity support. Parking in front of the restaurant. Clean location, friendly staff.

I absolutely love the acai bowl. I haven't tried their smoothies. But the bowls are delicious. The employees are always kind and friendly.

I usually enjoy Tropical smoothie but this visit was horrible because of the cashier who had a terrible attitude. Maybe she was going through something that made her that way but she was extremely rude and dismissive overall. I definitely won’t be back to this location on Bardstown rd. Trust me save your money and go somewhere else don’t come here unless you enjoy being disrespected and not appreciated.

The food and smoothies are good but this is the second time I’ve been to this tropical smoothie and there was hair in my wrap. Be cautious when you order food from here.

This company needs to do better. The fact they add sugar to smoothies isn’t listed anywhere on their website. I had to ask and when I ordered the smoothies without turbinado aka sugar, it was like pure ice. Money wasted

Walked in for the first time this morning. My detox smoothie was great, but the service was better. Arloetta was knocking out so many online orders and was still very polite and timely with my walk-in order. Will be back

I won't be back. I have gotten smoothies here several times, and loved it and this time I use the app to order. It added a 15% tip without asking me. When I tried to cancel the order, and just order in the store, it wouldn't let me. When I spoke to the girl in the store about it, she said that had never happened before and that it was weird. I took that to mean that she was saying it was my fault, but maybe I was being sensitive. She said there was nothing she could do and she could call her manager, and if I didn't see the refund in the next 5 to 7 days, to call them back. When I pointed out that I was paying for the smoothie twice, because she's charging me again in the store, she said that that was the only thing they could do. I asked if there was something I could have to show that we had spoken and I was promised a refund, and she told me about calling her manager, and restated everything she had already told me. At that point I just said never mind. I have no problem tipping, I just don't want to be tricked into it. So this will be the last smoothie I get from there.

Green smoothie is full of cane sugar, gave me an instant headache.

I just love this particular location and the staff. I’m surprised with all the teenagers that work there but when I order, everyone is so nice and my order is made correctly, IN AND OUT!
