We went there today with my cousin's family for lunch, we enjoyed the lunch buffet and it had some great items like goat nihari, goat haleem, shrimp chettinad, chicken 65 and chicken dum biryani on it's buffet menu. My wife along with my cousin's family enjoyed the lunch very much, service was very prompt and restaurant chef is nice enough to step by and have a nice chat.
We love their weekend buffet.

Turmeric Indian Bistro is a hidden gem, known for amazing food and super friendly, attentive staff. The buffet is a highlight, with staff explaining items and how they are eaten. The food comes out fast, tastes super fresh, and is perfect for sharing with a group. Favorites include the pani puri, paneer, and gobi manchurian, all full of flavor. The bread basket with chili, garlic, and spinach naan is soft and perfect for dipping. The Gongura lamb biryani is a 10/10, featuring a tangy and spicy flavour from a rare leafy vegetable cooked at perfect timing. Butter chicken and garlic naan are to die for. The restaurant has been totally revamped appearance wise and food wise. The food is delicious, better than any other Indian takeout in Louisville, with lots of meat choices. Service is wonderful, making the whole experience memorable. It is one of the best spots to go with friends, and guests will surely come back.
