Very disappointed. Part of a group of 41. One guest did not get salad and two guests did not get their salmon entree. Prime rib entree was terribly overcooked. Server staff (only 2 for bar and tables) who worked very hard, were insufficient for the event. Excelly appetizer buffet whetted our appetite for plated meal. But the whole result was very disappointing. At least part of the group were former members who wanted to give the Club another shot. Unfortunately, we were not impressed, and unsure whether we will ever return.

Visit for the weekday lunch buffet, which changes daily. The baked potato bar was well accompanied, including a chili topping as well as hot cheese. Selections at the salad bar are kept fresh and rotated. Must recommend.

Don't read the first couple of reviews from this "Nick" individual who has created several Gmail accounts that consist of the same one individual. The U-Club is under new management and still working out the bugs from having poor quality management before. Apparently this one person was told "No" and is now acting like a Karen to put their butt hurt point across. Grow up, boy Karen. Find other more useful things to do with your time. I am proud to be a part of this establishment and hope we continue to become a feature spot for catering and a trusted eatery for our university alumni for years to come. The kitchen alone has an accumulative amount of 200 years experience in all fields of culinary arts. Please give them the chance they deserve.
