Through the years we have continued to treat our out-of-town guest, to one of Louisville's finest restaurants. Volare' continues to be at the top of the list! This visit was a little bittersweet, instead of four, we are down to three. The food was delicious and our server was very attentive. Thank you Volare' for all you do for this community! Rosemary

Our service was great. The music added to the enjoyment of the restaurant. Chef Joshua's food was excellent. The pasta dish with seafood was delicious and the sea bass was so fresh! The cheesecake was yummy! Thank you for providing excellent food, and service!

All great. Love it. Food : Calamari's tender and delicious. Bread - fresh and great dip. Wedge Salad - cut in small pieces - so good. Pasta with see food - loved it The atmosphere was great. Romantic table setting. They for you take care of you.
