Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here yesterday. I was visiting a very dear friend that was in the ICU. I needed something quick to eat to beat traffic heading home. I will say this is a very convenient location, just right off the highway & a block away from the hospital. I had good service but that was pretty much it. Everything I ordered was cold & old. I needed food obv. but man what a let down. Bathroom was also gross with random trash in it. Was not impressed whatsoever. Abysmal.

My family of 6 was able to eat here for only $26!!!! That was a total of 5 different biggie bags. Used the app and had a $4 off $20 coupon! I asked if the meals could be individually bagged and that resulted in extra food. My family and I were very happy with this Wendy’s experience! Great job to the team this afternoon as it was a Saturday during lunch rush!

Food was covered in hair. Ended up throwing it all away. Staff didn't care at all. Genuinely one of the worst Wendy's I have ever been too.

I went got the Cinnabon pull apart a and they were rock hard like they were old I also had a chocolate frosty which had a net bug crawling in the inside very disappointing and disgusted reminded me why I stopped eating Wendy’s

Sat in line for 20 minutes in the middle of the afternoon. Finally left after sitting at the speaker for 7 minutes, then driving away to see that there was no one in line in front of me.

When our order arrived we were missing the taco salad. I sent an email through the same app as we ordered asking them to deliver the taco salad no response. I've tried calling several times and no one will answer the phone. This is the third time this has happened from The Dupont Circle Wendy's. Not a happy customer

Door dashed some food from this location, my Cinnabon “pull-apart” couldn’t even be pulled apart, it was rock hard when I got it, not even edible almost like it had been sitting out for awhile, for something that’s more expensive than a breakfast sandwich I expect it to be edible at the very least. Incredibly disappointed.

It was very busy today, they were short-staffed. The young man upfront had excellent customer service. The manager and the kitchen crew kept it moving even with a small crew.
