Food does not meet already low expectations for fast food.

My experience was actually much better than I anticipated. The worker taking my order was polite. Burger and fries couldn't have been any fresher, and the Coke freestyle machine was completely stocked! A pleasant experience.

It’s always fun to browse the menu and see so many options to choose from, whether you’re in the mood for something fizzy, fruity, or just plain refreshing. Among their offerings, there’s one particular orange-flavored drink that really stood out to me—although I can’t quite remember its name, the taste left a lasting impression. It was perfectly balanced, with a bright citrus aroma, a natural sweetness that wasn’t overpowering, and a refreshing finish that made it incredibly satisfying to sip on throughout the meal.
They always seem out of stuff, ordered the Wednesdays promo and did not get it fully because they where out of the frosty which I find hard to believe due to it being the first day and i did not get the three sauces it comes with.
My wife and I went through the drive thru, two employees got in a disagreement over a modification. Surprise we did not get the modification despite being assured by someone we can.
We also ordered door dash a lot and it's always messed up with sizes, or ingredients.
It is just disappointing and after the promo I am going elsewhere.

I ordered three meals. Two crispy chicken BLTS and a double stack. I received the two chicken meals with out bacon and didnt receive the double stack at all. I understand this is a busy place but to serve the chicken they did is unacceptable. It wont let me add the picture but it was so burnt your couldnt eat it. And to not put all the food in the bag is also unacceptable. Please do better.
