It's Nice my mama works there and I just love how close it is to my house and the food is good they always pay attention to customers and make sure everybody in their establishment is well mannered.

There was a little complication, so the food took longer than expected, but the shift manager was very apologetic and compensated for my wait.

The staff are very rude and do not identify to customers whether they are busy and leave them to wait.
Service here is a joke. Drive through closed so went inside. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while 4 employees talked behind the register. Noticed a bunch of smoked cigarettes on the floor in the kitchen and left. Won't be back.

Just another fast food restaurant there isn't anything special about the place but I would say they do have quick service especially when going through the drive through. The workers are
are really friendly and provide fast service so if you're in a hurry this place will get you in and out quickly.

Store is a wreck, lobby is dirty as hell trash all on the floor, employees walking around on they phone, had to wait like 10 mins for a door dash order, manager sitting in lobby having a whole conversation on her phone...
The food packer was great though, she had a good attitude and was very pleasant... I was originally going to give 1 star but she improved my rating

It crazy how trash service is. Noone in line can't get hot food. No sauce for nuggets. Ppl coming up to the window as if intimidating will change the service. Please allow someone else to provide quality service and food. I haven't been here for years for a reason.

To the store, the manager was talking with the employee. The manager had a nasty attitude The only person who helped me with dreads ge was great she was getting smart the whole time as manager u need to learn how to control your temper and how to talk to people never met someone one is mad at one person and take it out on the world she dont need to be a manager this is the most ghetto experience i had and im all bout kind but that sent me over the end i called the store no answer but take my advice dont let no one ever get you that mad when someone get you mad they have control over you!!! Wish the best but thats now you be a manager !!!!

Order two combo meals about an hour ago and not only they gave us a lil ass bag for both large fries and sandwiches but the fries were old and they didn’t put our other sandwich in the bag . Not the 1st time this has happened.
Wendy's has a great product when it is fresh. Issue is with them is it is hit and miss if your going to get a fresh juicy unburnt up burger or one that has sat on a grill for a while thay is dried out and burnt up. Or a spicy chicken that is hot and fresh or one that is old and rubbery because it has been in a holding bin too long. This is an issue throughout the company at almost every location I visit. If they could only fix their quality control issues, it would be great every visit, and I think more people would visit and spend money buying items more often.
