I was told at 10:00 a.m. this morning that they could not open because they have new cash registers that aren't up and running.
I have been at a different location and the same city, and multiple times they aren't open at 10:00 a.m. claiming that they have nothing ready to serve.

Two employees were observed handling a busy drive-thru with smiles, while another staff member was attentive and polite during a pickup issue.
