I had a minor issue with a sandwich that I did not discover until I had left. I contacted them about it and they immediately offered to correct the issue on my next visit. When I returned, they were polite and courteous and delivered on their promise. I'll likely be a regular bc of their service.

This is casual dining but they had no ice for drinks. The fries were hot and fresh. Other than that I can say this is my last trip dining here.
First time at this location. Staff was friendly. The restaurant looked clean and attentive too. I get the wicked sub wich is fantastic! They also sell French fries which is a plus for me. The sandwich and fries came out quickly and correct. They sell cookies here with yellow m&ms and they are delicious Will stop by again when I'm in the area

Went in at lunch - got a classic roast beef sandwich. Service was great, everyone was kind and it was quick. The sandwich itself was pretty mid. Too much sauce, not enough lettuce and veggies. It was also toasted which I didn't want - not sure if that's standard? Made a holy mess in the car trying to eat on the go. All in all, about the same as Subway or any other chain sandwich shop.
Business owners were rude
It was my first time eating there and my sandwich was delicious and the staff was very helpful.
The turkey stuffing sandwich needs more turkey and the bread was too soft.

1st, they REMOVED the ultimate BLT, now you must pay additional for Avacado. ALSO changed Bacon to bits, instead of regular strips of Bacon. WHICH ARE MOSTLY FAT. Beyond PISSED. Worker was dull, the older lady was coughing and such while making sandwiches. Photos below, see the fat and just chunk fats.

This was our first time visiting this chain. The quality of food was beyond expectations. I really which we had one of these even remotely near where we live. The staff were very helpful helping us navigate the differences between this and other sub chains. The variety of sandwiches and toppings really helped set this place apart.
Kid-friendliness: Great experience for kids. The menu makes it easy for kids to order for themselves. They give kids a token to use at the m&m machine. Plenty of options kids would enjoy as well.

These ladies had my order ready when I walked in the door, and they were as friendly as they could be! One of them even told me I inspired her to try something new based on how I ordered my sandwich! I have tried every sandwich shop in the Louisville area... I have never gotten such wonderful service... I will definitely be back!
