We went to White Castle for Valentine's Day. Me made reservations thru open table several weeks on advance. We had our own table and someone brought us our food and drinks. The place was was amazing, normal menu items, the restaurant was open but you could only sit inside if you had a reservation. Make sure to bring cash to tip the person bringing you your food, you can't tip on your credit card. The move castle was awesome.

Great Place, but not enough workers, but the 2 workers that came to work gave Outstanding friendly service and apologized for the wait. Most people would have been in a bad mood but not these guys, wish I would have gotten their names because they need to be recognized and rewarded.

Update: I wrote the following review before I looked at all the other reviews for this restaurant.? Apparently my visit was typical! Judging by what I heard them talking about him, what people are saying and these other comments, this is more a management problem. There's a bad culture here.

Food was good. Hopefully my visit wasn't typical, but I just made it inside before they closed the doors. I'm a truck driver and I couldn't use the drive-thru,...
