I’m a truck driver and lobby was closed but they were kind enough to open the lobby for me and my trainee, first time eating at White Castle food was good, fresh and they got it to us fast being that it was only 2 employees running the whole store and they were excellent!!! Good people good food!

Place wasn't very clean, bathrooms where nasty, hard 4 people working. Seemed disorganized. Restroom where dirty, floors greasy feeling underfoot. No soda in the lobby. Had people waiting for service at the counter and no one there. So instead of getting refill just threw cup away and left.

We went to White Castle for Valentine's Day. Me made reservations thru open table several weeks on advance. We had our own table and someone brought us our food and drinks. The place was was amazing, normal menu items, the restaurant was open but you could only sit inside if you had a reservation. Make sure to bring cash to tip the person bringing you your food, you can't tip on your credit card. The move castle was awesome.
