White Castle offers decent fast food, with sometimes long drive-through lines. Known for perfect comfort food, the staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. The employees were very nice and it seemed like they were genuinely happy to be there. Occasionally, orders may be incorrect, like being out of the 5 dollar menu sloppy joes, but they are corrected. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with a ramp and tables. Despite a less appealing parking lot, the service is great, speedy, and reasonably priced, with a clean environment inside and out. Customers have consistently positive experiences with the staff.
