We were very excited to try the new Carnegies! We went with the family including kids ranging from 8-20 yrs old. We all had different plates ranging from Classic Spaghetti to the 10oz filet. Everyone loved each dish. We do love our sweets so dessert is often ordered. The pistachio cheesecake and chocolate ganache were both amazing! We will be back! Welcome to Greenfield. We are thrilled that you are here!
The newly renovated Carnegie's has such a cool, moody vibe — Perfect atmosphere. The ladies behind the bar make fantastic cocktails and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. They were more than willing to work with my Gluten Free diet and made sure everything was safe and delicious. Definitely my new go-to for date nights or catching up with friends.
Our experience at Carnegie was amazing, our server was kind and very helpful with suggestion.. We ordered the stuffed chicken and the Eddie and everything was cooked so well! the skirt steak asparagus was amazing! I do t have any complaints!
Literally fantastic. I cannot tell you how excited we were when we heard that the guy from Foxgardin had bought Carnegie's. As a Greenfield local, we are stuck in a town of chain restaurants and fast food with maybe 1-2 decent locally owned places (Griggsbys, Wooden Bear). We are happy to travel for the good stuff, and Foxgardin in Fortville had become a fave of ours. We tried Carnegie's tonight for the first time since they reopened (a week ago), and I can't say enough great things. It far exceeded our expectations. The decor and ambiance was excellent. They did a really nice job with it. Upscale and classy, but not too crazy by any means. The servers and staff were SO lovely and professional. The service was QUICK. Almost too quick. I would've been more than happy savoring each dish a little longer (but not a complaint haha). Now to the food. The food was next level. Literally nothing in Greenfield even comes close to the quality and diversity on this menu. We tried the stuffed chicken, the waygu burger, and the steak wrapped asparagus for dinner. Literally incredible. Could not fault. The only thing I might add to the burger was a tomato and lettuce but that's just my personal preference. We also somehow felt like we had room and had to try the desserts even though we were completely full. The crème brûlée was insane. Delightful, literally. Couldn't be happier to have this place in our hometown. What a gem. Great work, Carnegie's! We are stoked you're here.
Wait staff was so friendly. Very attentive. Food was amazing! Highly recommend the French onion soup!
We finally got to dine at Carnegie's after living in Greenfield for almost a decade! My husband and I went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were greeted by several different staff members, all wishing us a happy anniversary as we arrived! The service was top notch - our server Autum was amazing and the manager went around to every table to check on guests. Not to mention, the food was FANTASTIC. If you're looking for a fine dining experience in a unique setting, this is the place to go. We already can't wait to go back!
Had dinner at Carnegie's (under new ownership) last night. The place looks great! Loved the book divider! The addition of the bar was very nice and atmosphere was great. Menu has a great selection. Couldn't have asked for better food, service ... we love Tammy..., or atmosphere. (Missed the chicken parm and manhatten though). Can't wait to go back and try some of the other items on the menu.
Wonderful place that has recently opened under new management. Associated with the Fox Gardin family of spots, this place is going to be a great addition to the dining scene in the area. Friendly staff, tasty menu options, and an overall great experience. Well worth the visit
I enjoyed the new menu and also some of the original items. Like the expanded menu and more choices. Would like to see some more pasta dishes that could be ordered and split as an appetizer. Glad to have this located so close my house as a fine dining option. Also like the addition of a lunch menu.
Would have preferred a lower noise level, but fantastic food, and Sophia provided wonderful service!!!

Dinner last night at the soft opening was great- the place was hopping but there were plenty of staff to keep things flowing. The interior refresh looked nice and in keeping with the library theme. We got the house salad and salmon prepared gluten free because that's what I need and everything was tasty and well-prepared. I plan to go back Wednesday during the day to try the lunch menu. It is different as expected from the old Carnegies, but good in its own right!
Make plans to visit this small town gem! The food is divine and the service is exceptional!
This was the new Carnegie's soft opening and we were highly impressed. Although we did not order any entrees, the appetizers, salads, and the red bell pepper soup were outstanding. A much improved wine list too. Great service via Sophia. Can't wait to go back!
Customer service was great and the food was good. Sorry, I'd already eaten over half the veggie omelet.
