This bagel with lox was phenomenal. Tried Russ & Daughter’s a few weeks ago in Manhattan. This was better. Everything about it was great. The latte was great too. Nice place.

Latte quality was average and the butter Croissant was ok. Their service was a bit odd for the same kind of order i asked to pick up mine but they brought the stuff to my next table. Their outdoor seating was nice.

"I've been coming here for years, but lately the service and quality have significantly declined. Not only are the portions getting smaller, but the customer service is also terrible now. I stood outside the door at 7:30 AM, and despite being clearly visible, no one acknowledged me. The staff, especially the new team, came across as very dismissive and even seemed racist, watching me stand outside without bothering to change the sign from 'Closed' to 'Open.'

Why would I pull on the door if the sign said closed? When I called to raise my concerns, the person who answered was rude and condescending, claiming the door was open but no one bothered to gesture or invite me in. Instead of addressing my concerns, she began yelling at me. The whole experience was very unprofessional and disappointing."

Ive loved this place for so long. I consider it an institution of louisville. Something has happened in the last year where the quality of the food has dropped off. Additionally, wildly inconsistent from one day to the next. Kinda sad.

I do not get to visit Wiltshire Bakery but a couple times a year when I am in town to visit family. I always get the Berry Beauty tea and a breakfast pastry. The pastries are always fresh and delicious!

Got a mocha today that was 3/4 of the way full. I’ve gotten mocha’s from here before that have been completely filled to the top. However, today I got one third of foam. Hopefully they’re not turning into a situation with serving sizes issues.

As a Jewish woman from the suburbs of Boston whose first words may as well have been “lox and schmear, please”, I must say I’m extremely impressed with Wiltshire’s lox sourdough bagel. The fish was SO fresh I’m surprised it wasn’t swimming on my plate. The pickled onions and capers provided the perfect balance. The sourdough everything bagel was HEAVENLY. 10/10, absolutely no notes. Also the space itself is beautiful and it was a pleasure to sit and enjoy my breakfast here.

Came in for a spur of the moment breakfast. Ordered the lox bagel aka a marriage of a delightfully strong bagel with light cream cheese, savory lox, and salty capers. As you can see in the picture, it is also visually stunning.

Any company caught stealing tips from their employees is gonna be a hard no for me. The money, it doesn’t lie.

Very nice experience ordering to go. There was plenty of selection both savory and sweet. Pastries and cookies were tasty and not excessively sweet. The shop was very clean and tidy. I recommend a visit especially when you want to bring some impressive pastries to share with friends and family.
