First time trying Wingstop and definitely my last. I took my kids there for my son’s birthday. First we placed the order. We ordered 4 combos with drinks for dine in. No ice and the machine dispensed flat root beer that was warm.never mentioned there was no ice. I asked them if they could refund me for drinks or exchange for water. He is like I shouldn’t do this I can get in trouble as he is walking away. We wait for probably 30 minutes (he said 10) not that I evened cared...read full review
