I bought a regular and large cheese fry. Can you tell the difference? The amount of cheese is insulting and when I returned them Jess the night manager was rude condescending and didn't even offer an apology for the 2 trips I had to make. DON'T EAT HERE

DO NOT DOORDASH FROM THIS LOCATION! Doordashers are expected to fill your drink; meaning they are the ones handing your cup, filling it, and putting the lid on. All of which is a HUGE safety concern in my opinion. Workers are rude and argumentative, unwilling to do their jobs. Doordashers should not have anything to do with food or drinks, they are only delivery drivers.

I am totally frustrated this is the second time we have had two separate combos thrown in one container with the wings. They aren’t even the same flavor. I have given a good review before but definitely taking it back now. What is even more frustrating is hubby said a manger did that! People have allergies ect! We will more than likely switch to a different location. Which is sad because this is close to home plus have spent lots of money at this location. I can’t even call and complain because the one in charge is doing it from what I understand!

Called early to put an order in before I got there. I get here it magically has disappeared. Girl at the counter egregiously slow. And they put me on hold 3 times before I got there. So I was already annoyed when I got my order in. And of course I show up and the order disappeared. 😂😂😂 clown show. There all back there in the kitchen laughing and having fun to. Excellent Job

A friend and I went to have lunch got a chicken sandwich and fries ate a few bites bit into a hard piece of the sandwich broke my tooth ask for my money back the so called mgr said she couldn't do it with out the main mgr approval she called him I sat at the store for 30in waiting on a call never got that call finally left not only without my money now I have to pay out of my pocket to get my tooth pulled😡😡 customer service sucks

Food was decent per usual. We came in at about 10pm on 08/23. Lady working in the front was a true piece of work. Rude as hell, eye rolling, very unpleasant. She was short, heavier set, with glasses. Never ran into an employee so rude and burdened by their customers. We waited atleast 30 minutes for the order. Not to mention, my partners food was wrong. He politely told them and got an eye rolling as she chucked the incorrect order into the garbage. Without even acknowledging him, she then hollered back at the folks working back like to make a new order. It took them 30 minutes (being generous with the time estimate) to correct his order. We will not be returning. That woman’s attitude and the God awful service was enough to turn us away for good. Absolutely ridiculous.

I highly recommend not coming here to this location a guy name charles that is a manager there was VERY unprofessional & VERY rude when i worked their they would tell us to give customers old food & VERY unpleasant fries that everyone loves is not what you think , The company doesn’t care about noone everyone care about themselves not even the customers , they are very unsanitary & does not clean dishes & have very horrible attitudes.

Jordan, the girl in front of house, isn’t very knowledgeable about her job or what promotions they offer. I was supposed to get the boneless meal deal and it was supposed to be 18.01 total yet she rung up the order for $30. Jacob, the one guy who does the front and back, had to come up there multiple times to help her fix the order, so not really sure why she’s left alone up there.
What happened to the older manager that used to manage there?
The food quality has gone down tremendously

I will not waste my money on Wingstop again. Today was the first day that I have ever had Wingstop. I ordered 10 classic lemon pepper wings. There is so much lemon on the chicken that it was like I was eating a lemon. I also got 10 classic plain I didn't realize that plain meant naked, and there was no flavor to the chicken. But I'll make it work with this one because I have my own sauces at home. But I will never waste my money on Wingstop again. At least the fries were good.

I arrived to collect an online order and just as I was preparing to place my order, the girl answered the phone and began taking the online phone order instead of assisting with the counter first. It would have been more professional to put the caller on hold while attending to my order, as I had already arrived for an online pickup. Unfortunately, our food was dry and crunchy
