Jordan, the girl in front of house, isn’t very knowledgeable about her job or what promotions they offer. I was supposed to get the boneless meal deal and it was supposed to be 18.01 total yet she rung up the order for $30. Jacob, the one guy who does the front and back, had to come up there multiple times to help her fix the order, so not really sure why she’s left alone up there.
What happened to the older manager that used to manage there?
The food quality has gone down tremendously
I will not waste my money on Wingstop again. Today was the first day that I have ever had Wingstop. I ordered 10 classic lemon pepper wings. There is so much lemon on the chicken that it was like I was eating a lemon. I also got 10 classic plain I didn't realize that plain meant naked, and there was no flavor to the chicken. But I'll make it work with this one because I have my own sauces at home. But I will never waste my money on Wingstop again. At least the fries were good.
I arrived to collect an online order and just as I was preparing to place my order, the girl answered the phone and began taking the online phone order instead of assisting with the counter first. It would have been more professional to put the caller on hold while attending to my order, as I had already arrived for an online pickup. Unfortunately, our food was dry and crunchy
I got my food and I talked to such a lovely woman up front today . White male in the back got a bit aggressive, after the woman got his attention by describing him because she forgot his name. His aggression was unneeded. She was so nice.
the service was very terrible. a white older women (didn’t get her name) took my order which it was okay then , but when it was time for closing my friend and i didn’t know and then they yelled at us to get out saying “you need to get out of here “we close at 12 you should have known this “ and i said that it could’ve been said a lot nicer and the women said have a nice night with the worst attitude ever . wouldn’t recommend coming to this location
Very slow service, but the wings and fries were fresh and delicious.
What a bad attention, I felt mistreated and discriminated against just for being Latina, my boyfriend and me were attended by a brown-skinned man with a very bad attitude and then he kept looking at us in a discriminatory way, I would not return to this place.
Rude lady with glasses ensured I will never come here again. Projected a bad attitude the entire time. I have been in the service industry for many years and I've seen her type before.

Made an online order that estimated 45 mins. Arrived after 40 mins and was told it would be another 45 mins which was inaccurate. The gal working the front counter was frantic and just spouted out lengthy estimations, but also was not assisting the rest of the staff. She could have been preparing drinks (oh yeah- the only drink machine wasn’t working), sounding off what was ready to customers, apologizing to customers, getting organized. In her frenzy, she wasn’t paying attention. At one point she told everybody to sit down very rudely. The GM arrived and informed the crowd that no orders were ready and it would be ANOTHER 45 mins, however orders were ready on the shelf but she was dismissing people without checking orders and names, and we were all told to sit down again (basically, get away from the front counter!). There was a party of 4 dining in who had been waiting over an hour. We still received our order before them so I suspect their order was ready but no one was paying attention to ready orders to know. Complete disorganization and lack of leadership. I observed that there was an issue with the POS kitchen printer, however, considering the incompetency of the staff, I bet it was simply out of paper and no one realized this as the issue for a while. Just a guess. In addition, the GM was on the phone complaining to whomever and being extremely disrespectful to the customers. She stated that they were understaffed, however I counted 6 employees. The issue appears to be a complete lack of process, organization, care, support, leadership. The drink machine needs a cleaning and when I brought this up, I was told that it was cleaned last night and then told that they’re not allowed to clean it. So which is the truth? No ice was available and hardly any of the drinks were available. For a $40k+ piece of equipment, it should always be operational especially if we as customers are paying for it. No refunds or discounts were offered- just “sorry about your luck” attitudes! Food was good surprisingly. Fries were cold though. The franchise owner should know that they’re losing revenue because of a lack of leadership. Also, a box spring truck was parked out right out front across 4-5 parking spots. On a positive note: an older female worker with a gray pony tail was the hero. Apologized, focused, and quickly got the orders aligned. She should be in charge.

I recently had a very frustrating experience with the manager at this location, whom I believe is named Junior. My order was mistakenly sent to the wrong location, and instead of offering a solution, his response was both rude and unhelpful. He insisted that I come pick up the order during my lunch break because it was “already made,” despite the inconvenience and knowing that I had already paid for the food.
To make matters worse, he put me on hold for 30 minutes, claiming to be talking to the regional manager, but never offered any resolution. Leaving me to dispute the charge with my bank. The entire interaction was highly unprofessional, and I was left feeling completely frustrated.
On a positive note, I spoke the manager at the Dixie location, who was the complete opposite. He was pleasant, helpful, and resolved my issue seamlessly. It’s unfortunate that not all locations have such competent management!!!!
I hope that the management at this location can take this feedback to improve, as this was an unacceptable experience.

Oversalted my lemon pepper wings. Which is crazy I ordered online and didn't even have a bad interaction with them. If you hate your job that bad just do us all a favor and move on.
