Pizza hut and wing street location that is in the fern creek portion of Louisville off bardstown road past the gene Snyder exit heading towards mount Washington. By now most people are familiar with the Pizza Hut brand and whether you like there pizza or not. To me it's hit and miss. I do like there stuff crust cheese and if prepared fresh the pizza is good. So I really just make my location ratings based off the actual functionality of the particular locations. This location which is my local one Unfortunately is not good. I honestly do not come here often because the area is rich with better pizza options. You have bearnos (my personal local favorite), hometown, the other chains and a place called Sicilian pizza literally next door that they have to compete with. So it does not help that every time we order here something isn't correct and the pizza usually isn't fresh at all. This location is a wing street location and the wings are good. The problems is 2 out of the 3 times we've ordered them (including last night) they completely forget our wings and leave it off the order. They still charge us though. They also offer pastas and literally both times my wife has ordered the pastas (including last night) they gave her a different pasta then what she ordered. Last night we actually called in and told them the issue. After the phone not being picked up for the first 6 calls we finally got through and were told we would get a $15 voucher for our "next" order because it was too late for them to come deliver again and they were closing. It was 850pm. I always thought places deliver to almost midnight. There is a Pizza Hut just a bit further from this location. Hopefully they will honor this voucher which they said they attached to my wife's phone number. Because I'm done with this location. They can't do anything right it seems. I don't mind doing pickup at a location a bit further out if I can get fresh pizza and my order correct. I just hope the voucher is valid for a long time. I barely do Pizza Hut once a year because as stated before I have a plethora of better options near me that deliver. And honestly I'm not a big delivery guy. I prefer eating at pizzerias because of experiences like the ones at This particular establishment.

Been to this pizza hut a few times to do carry out on the way home from work. There is nothing really great or bad with this place in comparison to other pizza huts. It is on par with about the other ones that I have had in the past. So I'll go with an average 3. I'll eat it again and will stop by again. Its decent chain pizza.

I usually don't eat Pizza Hut anymore but I saw they released a new limited product called "Cheez it" So I decided to try it and anything I get something new via food. I usually get 2 lol smh. I know. I gotta stop. So I decided to order two; both pepperoni. I get back home in a rush cause I was excited. So when I got home I opened the box and looked just like a cheez it. I opened the box which had 4 Cheez it squares. it took a bite. Cheese started oozing out. I was wondering where the pepperoni was but the moment I had that though. I was mike aye there it. The pepperoni has chopped in small bites kinda like that pepperoni pizza you use to get at Kroger that has the small little square like chunks. Anyway the cheese was just right the pepperoni was flavorful. The only thing I had an issue with was my stomach. OMG let me tell ya. I don't know if it was the cheese or me not anything before but that cheese BAABY..messed my stomach up and felt sick. It didn't happen until after I had the second square. Needless to say. I won't be buying two boxes worth. Money gone down the drain but but I will buy one box lol hahahaha. The cheez it product was good. Just wish it was like how the pazones were made.

Pizza Hut's quality of food and service has went down hill . My food has either been cold delivery driver late or both. I called yesterday to explain this has happened twice to me and they offered me a refund . With 4 small kids and getting home from work late in the evening it's not the money . I just want to feed my kids and spend time with them before bed. That's it.

$20 order and only had half the toppings and was cold. The worst pizza I have had in a long time. Never really had a problem from this Pizza Hut but tonight I was not happy with my order.

I'm so disappointed in this store... This is not the first time they've MAJORLY messed up my order. The first time they forgot both of my 2-liters, undercooked the pizza terribly, forgot the crust seasoning I'd ordered, and the employee in the front was apparently intoxicated... I complained formally on that one and got a $50 gift card which I used at that store (they weren't aware it was me until I actually brought the card in to pay so food was already made) and was wholly satisfied with! It seemed as though their act was cleaned up! Then, last night... I place my orders online and then go pick them up because I live in the boonies and no one will deliver to me... Last night I sent my daughter in to pick up the order I'd placed (3 med pizzas, an order of bread sticks, a brownie, a 2-liter, and 6 EACH of marinara and ranch). When she first came out I realized she didn't have the soda... So back in she went. While she was gone I realized there was no sauce... So for a second time, in she went. Now, she didn't realize that I'd order both marinara and ranch so she only asked for ranch... The lady tried to give her two so she had to tell the lady that we'd ordered (aka PAID FOR) 6 of them. So they lady finally got them and gave them to her in a bag. We left but luckily I mentioned the marinara before we left the parking lot to which my daughter replied she hadn't gotten any... so back to the store for a third time (mind you, it's pouring rain the whole time). At this point I'm already so annoyed... I mean, I placed this order online, it was all written down and clear! How hard is it to just make sure everything I ordered is there!? We finally get home with everything when to my shock and horror I realize one of the pizzas HAS NO SAUCE ON IT. It's supposed to be buffalo sauce with chicken and banana peppers on it. Instead they've just included a SINGLE, TINY cup of sauce on the side!! The pizza is just cheese and toppings with no sauce... some one messed this up and instead of remaking it, just put the sauce in a cup on the side! And not nearly enough! Again none of the pizzas have the crust seasonings... I'm livid! This was a $43 order. What the hell is so hard about getting these orders right?? This has been my home Pizza Hut for most of my life and they used to do a really good job... that's why I'm sad to make this review... but it's gotta be said... This Pizza Hut has gone downhill and it doesn't look like it will be coming back up any time soon...
Ordered a pasta and breadsticks, was told it would be here in 40 minutes, called after an hour and was told "we are really busy"! After 90 minutes the food arrived and was cold and tasted horrible. The chicken was fatty. I won't be ordering from them again!

Thought we would try this place again with a delivery and was this ever a mistake! Pizza toppings taste off and the crust is soggy! Holy cow what was I thinking this was another 1/2 a pizza headed for the trash! Long time since I tried Pizza Hut the tv commercials looked good some new recipes so the hook was set. Ordered the Garlic Knot & The Balsamic Sauce Pizza. The Knot pizza was knot good, crust was flimsy and wet underneath like it was undercooked. The knots were knot much better very little garlic flavor very disappointing. Meatballs on top tasted just like the frozen you get at that big box store and Wally World. The Balsamic looked best but the crust was a huge let down. Edges were fine but the rest was weak and seemed way under done. If you pick up a piece and it immediately turns to a damp divining rod you know you went wrong. You would think with the YUM headquarters being just a mile or 2 away things would be better????? The delivery driver was pleasant and grateful. 39 dollars for 2 pizzas and tip was money thrown away!

What a terrible place to order delivery from. Called and was forwarded on to a call center in India and they tried to charge me way more than the special was supposed to be then when I called back I got put on hold for 10 minutes. Then they just hung up on me. So I called back again and the lady tried to argue that there was an 11.99 deal for cheese and bacon stuffed crust that I was looking at right in front of me on an ad. When she finally let me cancel she yelled into the phone to the guy in the back to not make it. Then hung up on me!!!! Never again Pizza Hut

I stopped in to grab some breadsticks for my fiancé (as she loves the breadsticks here) to go with the Thai take out we just grabbed. It is a small take out delivery place with two small tables. It is clean and the staff seems friendly. It was a 10 minute wait for an order of breadsticks but I did not call ahead so that is my bad. Breadsticks smell good but we will see how they taste with Thai food once I get home...
