As someone who is lactose intolerant, I have to order my pizza with no cheese. When I order it with extra sauce they drench it and it's soggy and un cooked. When I order it with regular sauce there's hardly any sauce ever. Tonight was my breaking point. 30 minutes from when the pizza left the store to when it got to my house, it was cold. Anyone ordering from this Pizza Hut...check your credit card charge afterwards!! For the SECOND time my card was charged a tip after I put an "X" on the tip line and tipped in cash. The manager Veronica was way too nonchalant about it! NO! That's credit card fraud!
