mannnnn. Ashley got me a custom concoction together. temporary name is "LOOSE LUNGS"🤣 because it helped clear up some of this mucus, helped me breathe and soothe my cough. it was a tea for the near end of my flu and i'm sooooo happy i came thru!
These shakes and tea are wonderful. I love all the products.

I usually drink my shake as a meal replacement and can never decide on which one because of the huge variety 😋
