Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The Afro. American cook is terrible and has an attitude. Just because I could not make up my mind he gave me rubbery horrible tasting wings. I will drive to the Henry Rd road before returning to the Zaxbys nearby where I live.

I love the chicken and fries!! With some of the ranch so good.
Most of the staff is pretty good but that one; it was reece, reese, or rece but she was really nice and the service was fast! The staff always seem on point when she is there as well. Stay great 👍 👍

I went to Zaxby’s for my lunch while at work and I ordered a cob salad with fried chicken and a large Coke. Once I had gotten back to work, I opened my salad That did not have any chicken and I also got a Dr Pepper with no straw. I called and spoke to the manager and he was super sweet and said once I get off work come by and they will fix everything for me. He took my name down for the manager that would be on the afternoon shift. I arrived to Zaxby’s after my work shift and explain to the manager What had happened? They seemed rude and also made me provide my receipt, Which is understandable, but as it is dinner time, and I am having to stop once Again At Zaxby’s, I was going to go ahead and get dinner for my family. They didn’t have time for my other order apparently because they seemed VERY irritated by me wanting to order more food, I decided to just wait and just get my replaced order. They handed me my coke and had me pull over for my SALAD as I was the only customer at Zaxby’s. I’m very upset the way I was treated and feel as if my time has been wasted and my money. Very unprofessional and I will no longer be going back to spend my money at this location. As a first time zaxbys customer I’m very disappointed in how they treat their customers.

I used the app. They are slow, and they forgot my slaw. The frys were reheated and extremely dark and hard. Had to ask for a fork. Ordered drink with light ice. It was full of ice and not topped off with drink. This happens a lot at this location. I like Zackbys but this location is terrible.
