Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food was hard and cold . My order was supposed to be tossed in a sauce . After receiving my food , it was not tossed . The worker asked trot the food back , then proceeded to toss the food that was already provided to me . That’s not sanitary. Fries had no seasoning and I asked for extra . Will not return .

Bright new look for this location and the Asian Zensation is yummy....

The food was good, first time I had Zaxby's I liked it was decent. The service was fine accept the girl was eyeballing me and my boyfriend all weird like I literally had to ask if there was something wrong with my face when we got to our table and my boyfriend said he thought the same thing bc of her weird looks she made at us. We looked fine FYI lol.

Placed order at 638 pm. Was there at 7 to pick up curbside. Finally got order after 730 after having to call the store. Food got home and everything was cold. Waste of time and money.

We have placed multiple orders here and every single time there is zero sauce included. We even resorted to paying extra for additional sauces because we never get the ones that should come with the meals and even the extra sauces are missing. How does this keep happening? This isn’t a one time incident, it happens every time. Super frustrating.

IDK how this continues to happen but the past 3 times I've ordered from here I've gotten zero zax sauce. I paid extra for extra sauce and not only did I not get that but I also didn't get the sauce that's supposed to come with my food. Is there a shortage of zax sauce that I'm just not aware of?

I love Zaxby’s. I have to give a shout out to this one, especially!! Super clean when I came in for lunch with my family greeted with a smile. Elizabeth is really awesome!! Food was fresh, Hot and delicious!

Chicken was fresh and hot, but flavor mediocre at best. Way too many other Chicken places that tastes better. Just happened to be nearby and chose to grab a quick bite. No one in line in front of us and took way to long for a simple order of 2 #2's.

Missing half of my food and what I did receive was old and not worth the money I paid. You shouldn’t risk cracking a tooth in a chicken tender, -5 out of 5 stars if I could
