Very expensive place, there is one girl at the window she is not nice you can tell on her body language.

not only was there a nasty long peice of shedded hair in my milkshake the employees KNEW and the girl who made it laughed and showed her friend the hair but still gave it to me… like ohhh?????

The last couple of times my daughter and I have been here, I've gone with my friend, an ASL interpreter who has been teaching us the language, and her kids. We're all hearing, but we start off signing and discuss what we're getting in ASL before turning on our voices to order. The staff has always been great - they've been friendly and ready to work around a language barrier, and when they realize that we're all learners they'll come over to discuss and learn a few useful signs. So, while I'm not Deaf myself, I think I can recommend this location as a place where signing Deaf can expect friendly, inclusive service.

And the food always hits the spot too. :)

The girl in the drive thru was so polite and kind. I wish I’d asked her name or seen her name tag. My food was sooo delicious, I almost went back for more. Can’t wait to come back. My son recommended their vegetable egg rolls and they were the best. I can’t wait to go back to get more. And their Texas toast , chicken and fries.

Guy named terry , I think was the manager smelled like he just chugged a gallon of whiskey . Had poor customer service and seemed to be treating his employees horrible , I love Zaxby which is the only reason I’m giving a high star count but this guy was touching the food with his hands and just all around had nasty energy , wouldn’t recommend going on the days he works .

Terry the manager took our order and was extremely polite and respectful, if anyone deserves a raise it’s this man he didn’t miss a single sauce or specifics about the order (which was fairly large) all 30 minutes before the location closed. I’m use to fast food restaurants saying the kitchen is down that close to close, but not only did he take our order and get it to us in a timely manner but maintained 5 star service all throughout all while the drive thru was full. (None of the food was missing just started chowing down before writing review) fries were well seasoned and plentiful!

Had to cone back a 3rd time to finish receiving my correct order. Half was someone else's order after 1st trip. Went back, still missed 2 items from a $60+ order. Will start going to Terra Crossing location 10 mins away since they give a turd about order accuracy and customer service. My family and business spend no less than $250 EVERY WEEK between these 2 locations. Terra Crossing is the spot to go. Promise.

Food was hard and cold . My order was supposed to be tossed in a sauce . After receiving my food , it was not tossed . The worker asked trot the food back , then proceeded to toss the food that was already provided to me . That’s not sanitary. Fries had no seasoning and I asked for extra . Will not return .

Bright new look for this location and the Asian Zensation is yummy....
