4 of us were doing what we fondly call a Nibbles and Sips excursion in Ludlow yesterday. We have done them in several locations throughout the United States.
So happy we stopped here. Atmosphere, staff, service and of course the food were all amazing. we nibbled on 4 dishes plus split 2 of the desserts along with a fine bottle of vino. Now that we have found this place we will bring a large group to do another Nibbles and Sips event here.

My husband and I finally got a chance to dine at Conserva with some friends last night. Everything was perfect, from the service, to the food, to the wine!
We had many small plates, but the chorizo sliders were everyone's favorite. We paired our meal with a bottle of wine recommended by our friends, who recently enjoyed this bottle when they were in Spain earlier this year!

Conserva | Bar de Tapas is an absolute gem and a wonderful find in Ludlow. The atmosphere is very cozy and lovely, offering a true tapas restaurant experience where you can enjoy multiple small plates. The food is absolutely delicious, with phenomenal and rich taste across every dish, from the tapas plates to the mariscos and veggie paella. Guests can order a dish or two and then order more as they wish.
The excellent wine list includes fine bottles and excellent selections from boutique vineyards. The Spanish 75 cocktail is also recommended. The service is great, excellent, and amazing without being overbearing, with helpful suggestions and pairings.
This is a place you will want to tell everyone about and definitely plan to come back to. It is worth a special trip and highly recommended to anyone in the area.
