We were visiting from Buffalo and my wife had read about the distillery in whiskey advocate so we wanted to take a tour . We really really enjoyed it . Carus - I hope I spelled his name correctly gave us the tour and it was very informative and fun getting the chance to talk to him and ask as many questions as we wanted. One of the coolest craft tours on the trail. You’ve seen everybody talk about making bourbon. Learn how to make a distillery here from scratch. These two guys deserve our respect and our support. Loved the place and we will be back.
