I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and no one every helped me. They had the time to ask me to hold. And then step outside and smoke beside me while I waited. I will never spend another penny in this place.
Fazoli's Madisonville KY is great every time we been there. The food is fresh and hot and everyone that has waited on us has always been friendly!
