The rudest place ever! My husband picked up a mobile order and the lady at the window was rude rude rude. She hates her life therefore everyone should. My husband was in uniform or she would have got a mouthful! We will not go back!
STAY AWAY—
Bought a sixteen piece meal
consisted of 11 wings 4 drumsticks and 1 thigh. This I waited for 20 minutes. I placed
my order on line 50 minutes earlier. Coleslaw was hours from being spoiled! Plenty of employees as I saw at least four
having a get together behind the drive thru window.

If you people are going to charge people for sauces, you need to make sure they actually get in the bag. People these days don't have the money to just be given it out for nothing.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Madisonville serves perfect mild and spicy chicken, along with ice-cold cole slaw. The store is clean, featuring baby seats with trays, making it family-friendly. The huge, well-lit parking lot is convenient for customers. While the food is mostly good, service can sometimes be slow, especially during busy times, and the dining area may need more attention. Although the chicken is consistently hot and crispy, the sides have faced some criticism, and the biscuits have not been well-received. Some customers have also noted issues with the store's maintenance, mentioning broken areas and leaks. Despite these minor issues, the staff is super friendly, and this Popeyes remains a top choice for chicken cravings.
