Eccentric little spot. The ladies were very nice. We were passing through so our server was giving us the local rundown on cool places to go/see. My son and I ordered the 24 oz pretzel! It is gigantic. The cheese we ordered to go with was delicious. Good experience
We went for breakfast on our way to Mammoth Caves. It's a small home converted to a restaurant, owes by a very friendly German immigrant. The food was fast, hot, and fresh. We had the biscuits and gravy on special for $1.99!!!! Totally worth it! Every one was welcoming and warm. I'd recommend this place to anyone 😊
Had dinner with my two boys here during the week. We got there a little in the early side for dinner, but it worked out because they had a 12-top coming in shortly after us. Service was friendly and the food came out fast. Very tasty German dinners! Decorating in the restaurant is a bit eclectic. There is an outdoor deck, but it wasn't open when we were there. Decent size gravel parking lot. Note that if you're staying in the Cave City area, it will take close to 40...
