“We had a delightful 45 miles drive through the country to get to the Manchester Bakery we'd heard had wonderful pies. While the baked goods were delicious, the shopping experience was lessened by the unwelcoming attitudes of the employees. There was no "Hello" or "Welcome". Answering questions about their pies seemed a disturbance/chore. There was no "Thank you" at the end of the transaction. To be fair, it was extremely busy; however, that's no excuse for rude behavior toward customers.“
